Black Flower Apparel is owned by Howard and Amber Harper. 

Howard and Amber began working on Black Flower Apparel as a fun side project and in June of 2021 they happened upon an adorable storefront in Downtown Covington and couldn't pass it up. The dream of owning a shop became a reality. In April of 2023 they were honored to take over ownership of Retro Music Co. at 424 N. Columbia St.in Covington and became Black Flower Apparel and Records!

Howard and Amber design the tees and aim to celebrate Louisiana culture, positivity, diversity and inclusion. They are thankful for the love and support from family, friends, the Covington community and the Covington Business Association. Follow along on Facebook and Instagram for frequent updates!
